I have browsed the Web in search of good pages about fuzzy cognitive maps, and I have found very few. There are few pages, and most of then do not convey any information that anybody can use to actually learn about fuzzy cognitive maps and how to use them.

The best (and few) I could find are the following:

• Amit Roy, from Artecs has written an FCM tool as Python CGI. He has also written a brief explanation of what is an FCM and how his FCM evaluator can be used.
• A summary of the paper Fuzzy Cognitive Map - Amnesiac Shellfish Poisoning, WCNN-95, Vol. II, 689-692. by Rod Taber. It is very brief though.
• Josef Betancourt has posted the C++ source code of a very very simple implementation of a fuzzy cognitive map example by Bart Kosko.
• Fabiola Mata has applied cognitive maps to multiagent systems.
• A neat, brief description of what fuzzy cognitive maps are, by David Brubaker.
